Services Australia Agent Position Description

 

We are seeking a Services Australia Agent for the Foster Agency. The Agent supports customers with setting up and accessing digital services; assisting with general questions about government payments and providing referrals. They also assist with general office administration and support Manna Gum Community House operations.

​

Permanent part time, 5 hours a week

An ongoing casual position is available to support the weekly Manna Gum Community House technology club and adult education digital literacy programs funded by the Adult Community Further Education Board (Learn Local).
